Aunties, Uncles & Cousins in USA
As I left Oz (Monday 6th July 2015 @ 09:15am) and farewelled by family and friends I had a whole 14.5hrs long haul flight to the Big U.S. of A. I landed 06:45am on Monday 6th July. I had gained a whole day. Talk about time machine...however, I was yet greeted by My Aunty Sonya James (nee Fesolai), along with my cousins Liana, Ariana, Ryan Jnr, & Jesse. I was also fortunate to have met my Great Aunt too, Aunty Talai Smith (nee Tumanuvao). What an awesome blessing it was to catch up with them. As you know I was smashed (tired azz). My aunties and cousins took me to IHOP for brunch and then chilled at Aunty Talai's home before Aunty Sonya took me back to the airport to catch my connecting flight to Salt Lake City at 13:10pm. I was then picked up by my Uncle Adam Albrecht and spent the night with him and his lovely family. My cousin Joshua Haisila was as the airport too in SLC. Uncle Adam and Aunty Tori took me to the Cheese Cake Factory for Dinner. It was NICE. My Uncle, Bishop Fisi Moleni and his two daughters visited me too and gave me my 1st Missionary care package. I also met Sister Lavinia Patane (nee Tuiatua), she was coming back from an interstate trip and heard someone say Elder Fesolai and thought she would ask who my parents were. Of course she knew Dads family from back home in New Zealand. Small world alright in the Church. Lavinia also whilst in MTC sent me a card and some $$$. Thanks so much everyone will never forget meeting you all. Even if it was only for a short period of time. Alofa Atu.
