Hey Mom and Dad! So this past week has been pretty awesome for Elder Winborg and I. We currently are preparing someone to be baptized this Saturday so that is exciting! We've been teaching alot of people this last week! We recieved alot of referrals from members and have contacted alot of people who have shown some real interest! So we've been trying our best to keep up with it all! We are blessed though! We had a really awesome lesson with this guy named Fred! He's a bit older almost turning 60 but he is definately young at heart! Haha this guy provides more than enough laughs for one day so we always look forward to teaching him! He has been progressing so well and we were helping him understand more about the Book of Mormon the other day! You could just see that things were clicking in his mind and he teared up small! We saw him at church this Sunday just gone too, but he is coming along! We have been teaching and seeing a family where the Father isnt a member and that has been going really great too! The father is preparing to be baptised next month! But they really love not just learning together but looking after us missionaries! They make some nice, nice banku! We've been helping them get into a habit of FHE each week and praying each night! Elder Winbrog and I have been in the Ward choir for the week so that has been so fun aswell haha! We're singing at Ward conference next week! I think it might be the last week before they split Nungua 1st ward! So there will soon be 3 wards here in Nungua! Exciting! I've really been seeing how the Lord uses raw materials and shapes them into some effective instruments! I'm still working on being a more effective instrument everyday! But I have definitely seen how much the Lord has helped and put me and Elder Winborg and situations to do his work and guide those lost sheep back to the fold! Mission life is so awesome, and even though it hasnt been very long yet I have loved every second of it! Sometimes or always from what I've seen is that the Lord doesnt provide answers, miracles that we want! But rather he provides what we need, and it always works best! Something I've really come to know from being out here! Elder Winborg and I are well though! We have been having comp's seeing who can cook the best rice, beans and whatever. I think we might be equal at this point in time haha! The area and ward is really going well! We're blessed to be here! Hope you and Mom have an awesome week though! Love you's heaps! xx Elder Fesolai So here are some pics from this week! (elderfesolai.prophotography.com.gh) Haha

Inspiring Elder Fesolai. We are just reading your blog, and just chuckling at your funny stories and anecdotes. You are setting a gr8t example not just for other aspiring missionaries but for us all. I'm reminded of your non Morman friend at your farewell and his testament to how you influence him and how much he appreciates your friendship. You have a God given gift your ability to communicate and relate to people is a reflection of the Lord's blessing on you. Manuia lou aso.

I so agree with you Elder Fesolai...the Lord knows our potentials. He'll help us so far but let us use our talents to do the rest. Just like Nephi, when his bow broke, he didn't ask the Lord to get him another one; instead, he asked where he can obtain t
